- The post holder will co-ordinate our marine survey and citizen science programmes including the day-to-day delivery for Seaquest (marine sightings), Shoresearch (intertidal surveys), Seasearch (dive surveys) and Marine Strandings Network. This will involve supporting and training volunteers, and data entry. The role will also support our Your Shore Network of local marine conservation groups, as well as running public events and engagement. There will also be administrative, marketing and marine team support responsibilities.Cornwall Wildlife Trust is looking for a positive, motivational and organised Marine Conservation Assistant to work with and support our busy marine team. The successful individual will be passionate about wildlife and marine conservation, and will help to co-ordinate our marine survey and citizen science programmes as well as public events and engagement. There will also be administrative, marketing and team support responsibilities. Excellent written and communications skills are essential, as are strong IT skills and a working knowing of a variety of social media platforms.

This is a full time (37.5 hours), permanent position.
