The Role - Behaviour Mentor
- Providing support to students with challenging behaviour or special needs
- Run small groups or intentions for students with behavioural difficulties
- Assist students with learning difficulties by providing them with learning materials
- Providing one-on-one support
- Work closely with other members of the behavioural team and the SEND Coordinator
- To plan and develop strategies for supporting pupils both individually and in groups.
- Organise and supervise extracurricular activities during lunchtime and outside of school hours.
- Support pupils who experience difficulties during breaks by organizing lunchtime activities.
- Provide students with a variety of strategies for managing and resolving conflicts.
