Position: Planning Analyst

Location: Deeside

Hours: 37 hour week

**Salary**: NEG DOE

The Planning Analyst provides an integrated and supporting role across both the Commercial and Planning Team, taking ownership of reporting and administration duties, where required.

Primary responsibilities will be to ensure all Commercial and Planning analysis, reports and projects are supported as required, for all divisions and stakeholders, including Operations and Supply Chain where required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report daily/ weekly on orderbook arrears and forecast demand
- Orderbook variant reporting - report and analysis of orderbook movements and changes including financial, units and time-lines
- Line of Balance/ LOB reporting - supporting Planning and Operations against production plans and operational performance/ capacity
- Inventory reporting - Analysis of current work in progress, raw material, purchased and finished goods against required and target inventory goals
- Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning/ SIOP reporting and development - working closely with IT team, and other stakeholders to support SIOP development
- Presenting to the team(s) and internal department stakeholders, required analysis and recommendations
- Working with internal departments and stakeholders on any business development projects
- Tactically support the teams daily, where/ when required with general administrative responsibilities (raising and managing works orders/ generating/ inputting manual customer orders etc)
- Completion of any work-related tasks, which would be deemed reasonable for this role.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge and experience of a manufacturing ERP driven environment
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
- Be a key integrated member of the team, with the ability to work tactically and strategically.
- Proactive, results focused and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Able to prioritise tasks effectively and identify where priority guidance is required
- Attention to detail
- Experienced working in a similar, manufacturing environment an advantage.
