**Job summary / Role and Responsibilities**
- Over the counter parts sales
- Keeping track of minimum stock levels
- Ordering parts from suppliers
- Putting new stock away in rotation
- Updating our in-house systems with current pricingincluding point of sale
- Maintain shop floor merchandising
- Picking parts from warehouse
- Putting orders together
- Packaging of parts for dispatch by courier
- Run and maintain a workshop diary
- Providing customers with estimates of work required and securing authority to proceed
- Issuing parts for workshop
- Producing invoices, taking payments and providing receipts
- Handling warranty claims
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries
- Preparation of year end stock lists
- General house-keeping dutiesincluding monthly reporting of parts and workshop sales activity
**Essential Criteria**
- Knowledge of trailer/vehicle parts
- Strong customer focus to build upon our customer base and CRM
- Ability to maintain our high customer satisfaction levels and reviews
- Computer literate and competent across Microsoft packages
- Ability to plan workload and use own initiative
- Clean driver's license with BE towing category
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
**Desirable Criteria**
- Counter balance forklift experience
**Working hours & holiday entitlement**
- Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
- No Saturdays unless by prior arrangement
- 28 days paid annual leave
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
