**Project Coordinator**

**Purpose of Role**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating our vocational education review projects, designed to support clients in strengthening their education provision. By supporting the communication between internal and external stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient running of a complex and evolving scheme of work, helping all team members effectively conduct training and client deliverables.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Briefing external consultants on project workplans and tasks and coordinating feedback from different sources
- Ensuring schedules are clearly defined and communicated to all parties, and that external clients, partners, and internal colleagues are kept updated on the progress of individual projects
- Organising and hosting meetings between clients and the project team
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for client meetings
- Checking project documentation and submissions for completeness
- Maintaining and/or updating project workflow information/documentation
- General project coordination, administration, and reporting responsibilities

**Skills required**:

- Accurate and clear written English when communicating with external stakeholders
- Experience of co-ordination or administration within a professional setting
- Dynamic and confident user of Microsoft Office 365 products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Highly organised and conscientious
- Ability to prioritise project deadlines and tasks
- Confident and clear speaker who can explain in-depth concepts and processes in an accessible way
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to process complex information
- Appreciation of working in a structured way
- Creativity and ambition when operating within pre-existing project processes

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of Level 3 Qualification (e.g. A Level, Level 3 NVQ, Level 3 National Diploma - including GCSE English and Maths)
