**Location - Ramsgate, Kent**

**Salary -£28,000**

We have an amazing opportunity in Ramsgate for a Night Warehouse Supervisor to work for one of our clients. In this role you will be working full time.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
- Maintain the highest levels of customer service
- Responsible for stock control and complete stock checks daily
- Manage daily and weekly operational challenges, escalating any issues you cannot resolve
- Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations
- Lead the follow up and resolve Customer concerns, escalating any issues you cannot resolve to the Warehouse Manager
- Ensure order fulfilment by managing the accuracy of product picking
- Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures
- Manage the implementation of warehouse changes, production trials, and model changes
- Implement warehouse and management systems and working practices
- Ensure security of Warehouse environment and maintain access control
- Manage goods in
- Daily reporting on the system reports
- Ensuring the short-dated stock is checked and reported back to the business weekly
- Manage the daily returns and collections in line with company procedures
- Waste management
- Assist in the recruitment of warehouse staff as required
- Other duties as deemed reasonable

**Skills and Experience**
- Must have Health and Safety knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
- Hardworking, self-motivated, and demanding
- Good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexible working attitude to suit the requirements of the business
- Ability to communicate effectively
- A conscientious, proactive and positive approach to duties
- Flexible working attitude
- Proven organisational skills, including planning and problem solving
- Proven record in delivering excellent customer service
- Experience in warehouse planning and staff supervision
