**Senior Associate / Associate Director - Competitive Salary + Benefits - Bromley, BR1 1DG**
**The Role
Do you have experience working in the construction industry from a consultancy background in either Cost Consultancy or Project Management sectors? If so, we are looking for you.
**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Senior Associate / Associate Director include, but are not limited to:
- Introducing new clients to BWA and signing new contracts / commissions to expand our existing client base.
- Developing and delivering leading edge solutions to clients in relation to their projects including.
- Conducting high-level development / cost appraisals.
- Ownership and administration of project programmes and deliverables.
- Liaising with client and key stakeholders to co-ordinate their input into projects.
- Producing documentation for projects.
- Producing client progress reports.
- Developing good relationships with existing clients.
- Producing tender proposals to secure new business.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Senior Associate / Associate Director are:
- BSc or BA Degree in a property / construction related discipline or a period of relevant experience (but other degrees will be considered).
- RICS member.
- Self-motivation, passion and a driven ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A high level of diplomacy and customer focus.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritise the workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Good written, spoken and presentation communication skills.
- A team player who is well presented and flexible but also able to work on their own initiative and capable of working at Director level.
- Knowledge and understanding of the procurement process and supply chain management.
- Good property / real estate knowledge.
- An understanding of contract law.
- A very good level of competency in Microsoft packages.
