A Finance Business Partner role offering between £45,000- £50,000 with a well known mental health charity.
**Your new company**
You will be joining a prestigious charity whose members have been making a difference and improving people's mental health and wellbeing.
**Your new role**
As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide expert support and advice to senior leaders, playing an integral role within their management team, presenting insightful analysis and management reports and providing leadership and advice on budgeting and forecasting.You will pro-actively identify risks and opportunities, including the identification of possible actions to mitigate against or capitalise on these, influencing senior leaders to take these forward in the best interests of the charity including best practiceand a robust financial control environment.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Professional UK accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or qualified by experience
- Demonstrable financial business partnering experience
- Proven experience of coordinating the management accounts, budgeting and forecasting process
- Charity experience
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel

Some of the responsibilities and duties:

- Consolidating departmental budgets and forecasts
- Lead on preparation of the monthly management accounts and other financial information
- Provide detailed information monthly on actual staff costs in comparison to budget/forecast.
- Establish & maintain strong stakeholder internal and external relationships
- Work collaboratively and give guidance on financial issues.
- Preparing meaningful analysis, investigating variances from budgets, forecasts and actuals and commenting on key numbers
- To produce monthly management reporting pack for Head of Finance
