This position has the potential to move to a management role within 9 months.
The role will provide HR support, including, but not limited to
- Assisting with recruitment process
New start, leaver and contract amendment administration
Sickness absence monitoring
Maintaining employee records and HRI systems
Monthly reporting
Occupational Health scheduling and record keeping
Ad hoc tasks to support operations
Experience in a similar role
Good oral and written communications
Good organisational, interpersonal and numeracy skills
Experience of dealing with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality Flexibility
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
