Energy Contract Administrator

New member of staff needed in Inverness on a hybrid working basis.
Due to a significant increase in workload over the last few months We are looking for a new team member to help our customers minimise their energy costs.
You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customers, arranging tenders and administering contracts, helping your customer make good business decisions based on the offers in front of them. It would be ideal if you have some experience in the energy market but we will obviously provide comprehensive training to the successful applicant
You will be very comfortable with numbers, have great attention to detail and genuinely enjoy working with people. There’s a constant queue of deadlines to be hit so you must be well organised and self motivated
You should be experienced working in an office environment and with MS Office, and have a desire to work in a small team in a busy full-time position. You will already have good interpersonal skills, and be keen to develop these further working with our business clients and energy suppliers, solving problems and working with sometimes complex processes
The job is based in Inverness and will be based on a hybrid working model, you’d normally be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week and as such we’d expect you to be living in the area.
Whilst there are "core" hours, you'll find we're flexible when it comes to fitting your life into your job. Private healthcare and a gym membership are among the perks we offer. Salary will be competitive compared with others in this market but as a guide it will be in the range of £24k - £27k initially.
