Bartender/mixologist

**About Us**

We are a busy family-run pub and restaurant which has recently gained an AA rosette due to our team's hard work and dedication. We pride ourselves on being a premium offering restaurant, displaying city standards in a country setting.

Our team consists of over 40 young, professional, service industry workers with many years of experience. Our head bartender has been trained in Miami & London at the European Bartending School and has WSET qualifications.

We are looking to expand our bar team with an enthusiastic bartender who is willing to learn traditional & modern mixology techniques, whilst also being well versed in wine, beer and spirit knowledge. **This is not suitable for individuals just looking for a 'pub bar' job.**

**Main duties**
- Creating and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interacting with customers to take drink orders and make recommendations
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Adhering to all food safety regulations while preparing drinks
- Developing new cocktail recipes and staying updated on industry trends

**About you**
- An interest in drinks and cocktails and a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple drink orders efficiently
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work well in a team and help colleagues during busy periods
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients accurately

**Requirements**:

- You will need to commit to both lunchtime and evening shifts, midweek and weekends
- You will need your own transport.
- Good command of the English language

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £8.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
