**ERP Project Manager | Outside IR35 | £400-500**

I've partnered with a client looking for a contract Project Manager with an extensive background implementing ERP systems to help them with the end-to-end delivery of a new ERP system.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop a strong knowledge of the Group's business in order to effectively ensure that the selected solution fulfils business requirements
- Gather the detailed requirements from around the business, filter them so they make sense and escalate any requirement for customisation or problems delivering
- Review the detailed configuration to ensure that the requirements are included
- Design the test programmes to make sure that the users are properly comfortable that the system fulfils business requirements
- Coordinate data migration procedures, making sure that the migration templates are fit for purpose and own the process of making sure that the data has migrated correctly.
- Design the go-live hurdles and checks to make sure the business cuts over correctly between systems
- Manage change of scope and variations
- Maintain an overall project plan and costings, reporting regularly on progress to the project Steering Group
- Liaise with COO and CFO to ensure that adequate resources, whether internal or external, are available to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist with troubleshooting system issues and optimisation of system performance. This includes supporting all system users as and when required

**About you**:

- Extensive experience of successful ERP implementation projects in a mid-cap international environment across a range of different system products
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Accounting background or qualification preferred
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Hands on, across all detail whilst remaining flexible and adaptable
