We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team working within a variety of nurseries in or around the Banbury area. We offer flexible work for experienced nursery workers and for anyone new to the sector who is interested in gaining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and interacting with children on a daily basis
- Assisting with meal times, snack times, and personal care routines
- Implementing age-appropriate activities and games to promote learning and development
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicating effectively with parents, guardians, and fellow staff members

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in a nursery or with young children (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a fun and active attitude
- A strong commitment to providing quality care and education for children
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidelines and procedures
