**Position**:
Unity is looking for a Quality Coordinator to join the business in Aberdeen on a full-time basis.

The Quality Coordinator will provide professional advice and support on all Quality-related matters to all levels of employees within the business in order to meet legal responsibilities and to promote best practice.

They will support audit processes and the maintenance of the management system in accordance with legal requirements and applicable standards.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities Will Include the Following**:
Provide advice, guidance and support on all quality, health, safety and environment legislation, best practice and investigations.

Ensure compliance with, and maintenance of, relevant industry standards through review and auditing of the management system certification.

Develop, promote, and audit the management system.

Main custodian, and internal trainer, of Unity’s QHSE system.

Focal point for Unity’s NCR process and associated actions.

Championing best practices with respect to quality-related matters.

Assist with ensuring all processes are fit for purpose and satisfy customer requirements.

Plan, conduct, and contribute to QHSE meetings to ensure compliance with the established practices, standards, and processes.

Carry out scheduled Audits & Inspections per the Audit program, and report back findings.

Carry out 2nd party audits and verifications of suppliers and sub-contractors as required.

Assist with accreditation audits including ISO, API, FPAL and SEQUAL.

**Job Knowledge and Experience**
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a Quality Management position or similar (Essential).
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification (Essential).
- Experience in maintaining documented processes within a Management System (Essential).
- Experience in the creation/review of Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) (Essential).
- Experience in NCRs and continuous improvement (Essential).
- Document control experience (Desirable).
- Formal Quality Assurance Qualification (Desirable).
- IOSH Managing Safely (Desirable).
- Experience in the creation/review of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) (Desirable).
