As the Marketing Communications (MARCOM) lead you will manage the daily marketing and communications activities, ensuring marketing material, including the marketing website and social media faithfully represent our brand and promote our activities in a timely manner, internally and externally. You will manage the demo equipment, ensuring it is catalogued, serviceable to the latest modification state, ready for any demonstrations, exhibitions, test and evaluations. You will manage the shows and exhibitions calendar, make bookings and prepare event admin briefs for participants, working in conjunction with Elbit Systems UK and Elbit Systems Limited as required to coordinate activity. You will attend also S&BD events as agreed with the Sales & BD Director.
As the Export Controller you will be responsible for all export licence related work, relating to Bids, Proposals, Projects and Tenders. You will be competent in the Company’s customer order management processes including responding to request for quotes (RFQs), processing orders, handling customer status requests, responding to customer returns (CRs) and preparing and releasing order acknowledgements and delivery schedules.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Qualifications & Experience- Skills & Abilities- Manage the company website, through the developer, to keep it up to date with the latest information.
- Manage the Instro social media sites, sending timely updates on Instro and the sales team activities.
- Keeping the company presentation slides up to date with the latest information.
- Responsible for maintaining Instro’s brochures and data sheets, keeping the information updated and ensuring the latest versions are available on the website.
- Keeping all marketing material and demo equipment serviceable and ready to support the team.
- Managing all aspects of export control and licensing requirements, ensuring all orders are addressed in accordance with the company’s export control policy.
- Provide expert advice on Export Control Licencing, dealing with internal and external agencies to ensure Instro Precision remains compliant.
- Liaise with all relevant departments, networking internally and externally to help promote business growth while ensuring we meet export licence requirements.
- Liaise with operations for lead time estimates and production schedule updates for customers, as required.
- Log and follow-up new opportunities and inquiries received into the company’s website/mailbox.
- Responsible for MARCOM and export compliance internal communications.
- Sales and Marketing general administration and be prepared and willing to cover other members of the team when necessary.
**Security Controller support**:
- Manage International Visitor process in line with UK MOD requirements.
- Maintain and update international security visits records and responsible for onsite security requirements.
- Administratively support the Security Controller with security improvement initiatives and projects.
