Reed Business Support are currently working exclusively with a national brand for our Kent based client in securing them a Litigation Paralegal role.

The ideal Litigation Paralegal would need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience with the below duties.

Litigation paralegal duties:

- Running a caseload of small claims RTA cases.
- Liaising with clients regularly to obtain instructions, updating and advising them.
- Preparing evidence for hearing including witness statements.
- Communicate well by telephone and in writing.
