We are currently recruiting for an experienced bartender to work in our bustling Spikes Bar and Restaurant on a full-time permanent basis. Spikes Bar and Restaurant is considered the heart of the Club offering a gastro pub fayre and a relaxed atmosphere for our members throughout their stay.

Hours per week: 40 Hours per week

Shift Pattern: Up to 5 days over 7

**Essential Requirements**
- Bar experience
- The right to live and work in the UK

**Duties include**:

- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for each of our Members and their guests
- Consistently deliver a high standard of service whilst maintaining high standard of hygiene
- Using your food and beverage knowledge to recommend and create menu items to meet the needs of our Members.
- Effective communication with management and colleagues.
- Ensuring that the bar is well organised, fully stocked and ready for service
- Assisting with the smooth running of the bar and restaurant
- Working with the procurement to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained

- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Engaging with members & guests at all times in a professional manner.
- Someone with exceptional customer care skills
- A person with a “can do” and flexible attitude to their work
- Has a confident and outgoing personality
- Has good attention to detail
- Has some cocktail experience
- Can work on their own initiative, and as part of a team
