As our Lettings Co-Ordinator you’ll be responsible for day to day management and the successful letting of Bromford’s large stock of garages. You will oversee the waiting list across multiple geographical areas, help with the marketing as well as take responsibility for knowing and handling the allocation of garage. Ensuring they are let in a timely and accurate manner.

The person we are looking for is honest and upfront in dealings with customers and colleagues alike. Bold with new ideas and looking to improve the service by working efficiently. No qualifications are essential but experience in a customer focussed environment and a proven ability and experience of dealing with IT systems and data finding / managing a must. Fundamentally we need someone who is organised and keen to help those interested in letting a garage in one of our locations. Someone with the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues in an engaging and welcoming way.

**This role is permanent and full time. You’ll be based in our Chipping Sodbury office, BS37 6JX. Regular home working is available.**

**You will have**:

- Experience of managing and maintaining waiting lists
- Experience of working in social housing or related private rented sector desirable
- Positive attitude and is a consistent and engaging team player
- Proactive and able to prioritise your own workload
- Excellent attention to detail and able to keep accurate records
- Experience of IT systems
- Ability to be diplomatic and handle difficult situations
