Document Controller / Site Administrator required for a large construction project in Abergavenny.

Ongoing long term work.

You will be working for the main contractor on a multi million pound project as a Document Controller / Site Administrator.

The role includes,

Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments

Produce and distribute correspondence

To provide administrative and secretarial support including drafting reports and letters.

Maintain the filing systems, managing archiving and storage process

Document preparation - reports, briefings and document control.

Previous experience of the building or construction sector will be required along with knowledge of SharePoint.

This is a long term role running through until 2024. Please send a copy of your CV for our consideration.
