**Complaints Call Handler**
**Based at Fawley Refinery (Southampton)**
**£10.77 per hour**
**Monday-Friday 9am-5pm**
**Immediate Start - Office based**
This is a fast-paced Call Handler role, where you will be taking anything up 90 calls per day, with majority of them being the first point of contact regarding complaints.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling a high volume of calls from customers, largely relating to the supply of their energy
- Using the internal system to note down details of the call and updating existing records
- Maintaining a good degree of empathy and compassion with individual customers situations
- Providing customers with case numbers related to their issue, in case they need to re-call and pass over to correct department
**What we're looking for**:
- Previous experience working as a Call Handler, Customer Service Advisor or similar role and dealing with complaints is essential
- Excellent communication/telephone manner
- Ability to show empathy, patience and understanding
- A quick learner, to be able to use internal systems
