One of the UK's high-profile employers are seeking to add a **Senior Solutions Architect** to their Architecture team to support the continual improvement of the Architecture development methodology.

You will work closely with the Technology and Change Director on the Architecture strategy and roadmap, while also remaining hands on in Project Delivery.

You will be an influential character within Solution Architecture Team, will be responsible for managing a team of Solution Architects and ensuring they are aligned to deliver Solutions across various programmes, projects and portfolio's.

In the role of **Senior Solutions Architect**you will;
- Support the Director of Technology and Change in the proliferation of sound architecture practice, strategy, and principles
- Line management, mentoring, and performance management of a team of Solution Architects
- Identify and engage with business stakeholders and assist in the identification of future business capabilities, solution requirements, and develop a solid appreciation on the business context
- Work with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architecture team in the continual improvement of the architecture development methodology, framework, strategy, and architecture principles
- Quality control of Solution Artefacts delivered by the SA team and Delivery Partners, including compliance with all appropriate policies and regulation
- Support the Solution Architects in the population, review, analysis, and management of the architectural requirements
- Work with the broader Architecture teams to define data and technology architecture views
- Identify and manage architecture exceptions during the definition of target and transitional architectures

The successful **Senior Solutions Architect** will have the following experience;
- Experience in Integration Platforms and technologies
- Knowledgeable in the use of architectural modelling tools
- Appreciation of Cloud capabilities and services
- Experience in a Financial Regulated Domain, General Insurance would be of particular interest
- Appreciation in Data Platforms and technologies
- Experience in Policy Administration Platforms and associated ecosystems
- Appreciation of InfoSec practices as applied in a regulated environment

This **Senior Solutions Architect** role is paying up to**£95,000** and comes with excellent benefits.

The role is a Hybrid based role with 2 days per week in office based in Basingstoke.
