**About the Opportunity**

Field Solutions are currently recruiting for a Security Lead to support one of our major programs in Reading.

The Security Lead will be responsible for all aspects of security on behalf of Jacobs and their client’s obligations under the Contract which relate to security.

The Security Lead will take a risk-based approach to the organisation and co-ordination of office operations, procedures, and resources (including physical, personnel, document and IT Security) to maintain a safe and secure working environment whilst facilitating organisational effectiveness and efficiency.

The role will be office and site-based reporting into the Operations Director. You must be a sole British national and be able to obtain SC level clearance & above if this isn’t already held.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**: Essential Qualifications & Experience**:

- Experience with creating and presenting security briefs to large audiences.
- Current knowledge and experience in government contracts /defence security.
- Planning and chairing Security Working Groups.
- Monitoring, resolving, and escalating security incidents.
- Support security definition of security requirements.
- Support and consult for Security Strategy.
- Develop and support Security Management Plans.
- Identify SoW documents to set-out the security requirements for site infrastructure contracts or any other contracts required for development of security requirements.
