**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced senior professional with a strong track record of working either within protected landscapes or in partnership with protected landscape teams to create resilient, thriving and well-functioning landscapes that benefit nature, heritage and people. You will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a team player with a natural flair for collaboration and developing partnerships. This role provides a unique opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team working in one of the country’s finest and most accessible protected landscapes.

The Chilterns Conservation Board (CCB) is an independent statutory body established by Parliamentary Order in 2004 to conserve and enhance the Chilterns AONB. It is one of two conservation boards in the country, as set out in the Countryside and Rights of Way (CRoW) Act 2000, and its staff team of 28 is based in our office in Chinnor, Oxfordshire.
