Within Digital, the Enterprise Architecture Team (EA) team plays a critical role in driving the Digital transformation: we set the technical direction for the BT Digital strategy and we are the levers of change desired by our customers. We work across multiple customer units (e.g., Consumer, Enterprise, Global divisions) covering needed updates to products, customer journeys, platforms, 3rd parties, strategic partners, innovation and networks.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Supports the adoption of the BT/Digital technology transformation plan once agreed and support the pan Digital architects in forming the outputs needed to ensure execution and delivery e.g. business cases, strategic roadmaps etc.
- Performs a support function to the architecture community across day to day activities which are required to support the transformation plan deliver architectures goals
- Proactively manage stakeholders so that they are clear on how to execute the transformation plan, the transformation outcomes and risks that they are accountable for, and take appropriate actions
- Performs the role of reporting lead, creating the data metric outputs to show current position of the transformation
- Supports sub teams as a agile team facilitator whilst learning from the Senior Transformation Manager
- Supports the rollout and adoption of the already agreed approach to the usage of Agile tools
- Work across Enterprise Architecture to implement automation and process improvements so we are able to deliver real-time performance data and technology insights

**You'll have the following skills and experience**
- Data first mindset: defining a sustainable approach to manage, manipulate and provide insight and technical information to all of Digital Architecture on a self-serve basis
- Data driven insight & analysis: Ability to quickly generate hypotheses and see what available data could prove or disprove those

- Influencing and collaborative ability: ability to navigate, interact and influence many teams across Digital architecture driving collaboration and outcomes
