Staying Well is an innovative service offering out-of-hours support (16:00 - 23:00 Mon - Fri and 15:00 - 23:00 Sat - Sun), open 7 days a week, 365 days a year to people experiencing acute distress due to their mental health difficulties.

In return, you will receive regular training, development opportunities and support from a person-centred, disability confident employer. In addition to this, Southdown offers sick pay, employee benefit schemes, health care schemes, staff loans and generousholiday entitlement.
