Our client is a growing firm of Independent Financial Advisers. They advise individuals and businesses on all aspects of financial planning from Investments & Portfolios, Estate Planning, Mortgages etc and due to volume of work, they are looking to add anIFA Administrator to the team

As a Paraplanner Support, your responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

- Preparation of meeting packs for the financial advisors as well as preparation of annual suitability letters.
- Supporting the Paraplanning Team and Supervisor in completing their day-to-day duties.
- Act as a main point of contact and provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

A successful Paraplanner Support you will have:

- Previous experience in Financial Administration with experience in report writing.
- Some knowledge of pensions and investments.
- Analytical skills and excellent communication skills
- both written and verbal.
