- Passion to deliver engaging and interactive workshops and seminars in small group and online settings.
- Ability to mentor and nurture our learners, fostering their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to research-informed curriculum design in International Business and Strategy to align with industry trends and global business practices.
- Ability of supervise doctoral researchers (if a completed Doctorate is held).
- Cultural sensitivity and a commitment to equality and inclusion.
- Personal values that align with our commitment to social responsibility and impact.
**Qualifications**
Essential;
- Professional Recognition as HEA Fellow (D2) or teaching qualification recognised by HESA, or willingness to obtain within an agreed timescale.
Desirable;
- Relevant professional qualification.
