**Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant - 12 month FTC**

**Main job functions.**

To provide administrative support to the finance director

**Main Duties And Responsibilities**
- Production of all sales invoices
- Responsible for processing payments of all purchase invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Upload overhead invoices to sage
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Client debt chasing
- VAT and CIS knowledge

**Dimensions of Job.**

The successful applicants must be able to work well in a team as well as on their own.

**1. Qualifications and Experience**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (especially Word and Excel)
- Sage 50 experience - essential
- NatWest Bankline experience - advantageous

**2. Skills and Personal Qualities.**
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Confident
- Organised
- Attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Presentable

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
