Weston College are the lead College for the West of England Institute of Technology and are the training destination for employers with our Tech Weston offer.

Due to continued expansion, and to support our ambitious plans, we are looking for passionate individuals to inspire the next generation of digital professionals to support the delivery of our programmes that continue to meet the high demands of the sector in the South West.

If you are an industry expert looking for a new challenge, we can support you with our teacher training and mentoring programme as although holding a teaching qualification would be an advantage, it is not essential.

You will have the opportunity to teach across a range of courses, at both FE and HE level and will support the development of new programmes and curriculum.

We actively encourage CPD opportunities to ensure you maintain current industry knowledge.

With a constantly expanding and evolving team there are also lots of opportunities for internal progression, should you wish to develop your role even further.

Although we are based in Weston-super-Mare, we do also have training sites in Bristol, so and ability and willingness to travel between sites will be required.
