Finance Manager job - Specialised Manufacturing Company - Sunbury - 18 month FTC - up to £55,000

A well renowned, high end manufacturing company, this organisation have an excellent reputation for integrity, quality and service. They operate in a growing area, and were stable during Covid. With a turnover of over £5 million, there is a well establishedteam of 3 in finance, with this role replacing a retiring incumbent.
**Your new role**
You will be responsible for hands on financial management within this SME, including producing management accounts and reports to be discussed with the managing director and the parent company. You will be responsible for balance sheet reconciliations, thefixed asset register, accruals and prepayments and VAT. You will monitor cash flow, multiple P&Ls and prepare budgets. You will also prepare for external audit and payroll information for an external bureau.
Important to the role will be the management of two staff, overseeing AP and AR. You will also be a key point of contact for all non-financial stakeholders within the company, taking a lead on commercial growth strategy.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will bring experience working in a similar role, managing a small team. You will be qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA), part-qualified, stopped studier or qualified by experience. You will bring excellent communication skills, to interact with stakeholders fromall departments and backgrounds. You will have a drive to review and improve processes, getting involved in all elements of the organisation. You will be IT literate, experience on Microsoft Navision is beneficial but not essential.
**What you'll get in return**
You will be entitled to a salary of £45,000 - £55,000. There is a matched pension contribution, parking onsite and private health care. The role will be office based initially, but move towards hybrid long term. This is a long term stable role with strong chanceof extension.
