- **Responsibilities**:_
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle, such as a truck or tractor-trailer, to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, mileage, and any incidents that occur during transportation
- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and update on any delays or issues that may arise
- **Experience**:_
- Must have FLT counter Balance
- Previous experience as a truck driver or delivery driver is preferred
- Familiarity with flatbed trucks is a plus
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Ability to read and understand maps and GPS systems for efficient route planning
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members
