Positions have become available with one of our clients. Due to their growth this year, and due to increased project wins, they are looking to hire a few **Foremen**to add to their Team.

All the work carried out will be based around Dungannon or surrounding areas. They offer a wide range of professional and quality assured building services for the private residential, commercial and community sectors throughout the North of Ireland.

This position is full-time permanent, office/site based, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. All NI work.

**Day to Day**:

- Manage on site team and work in line with Senior Management.
- Working on Commercial Projects across Northern Ireland.
- Operate and promote safe working on site.
- Equipment and materials management.
- Ensure the completion of works on time and within budget.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Experienced Foreman coming from a Construction / Trades background.
- Experience on Commercial Projects.
- Valid Site Cards and UK Driving Licence.
- Willing to Travel NI with the role.
- Excellent organisational skills and Health and Safety Management.
