**Role Overview**

The UAT Co-ordinator's role is to support the UAT Manager in executing the test approach for Salesforce CPQ migration project. They will manage and drive performance of the test teams and work closely with all project and business stakeholders to achieve common goals.

The Commercial Model and Digitisation project is undertaking the migration of client Configure Price and Quoting tool (CPQ) from the existing SAP platform over to an enhanced Salesforce version. This project will see new features and functionality being implemented, as well as improvements to the commercial models and data structure.

Within the UAT stage of the project we need to ensure that
- Individual product configurations have been set up correctly and generate the correct prices.
- The end-to-end process flow is working to generate price points, client facing proposal documents, commercial term sheet to enable contract generation and billing output files to enable invoicing.
- Renewals and amendments processes work correctly.
- Custom pricing can be applied as expected to products awaiting full configuration.

The UAT Co-ordinator will work with the Global CPQ UAT Manager, to execute initial tests, communicate to the end user group (GTM) and to support GTM with the completion of all UAT scripts in a timely manner. The UAT Co-ordinator will be the key point of contact for the GTM UAT users, offering them support, logging defects, communicating outcomes, and requesting retesting as defects are fixed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Testing Activities
- Support test manager in the execution of UAT activities for Salesforce CPQ migration
- Attend training and kick off calls run by the test manager to outline system functionality and UAT process to end user group.
- Be first point of contact for end user group to raise queries and log defects.
- Identify if defects logged are user error, change requests or genuine defects.
- Submit genuine defects to UAT manager for prioritisation.
- Liaise with end user group, ensuring test cases are completed within the allocated timeframes.
- Support end user group with how to follow test scripts and how to follow the UAT process.
- Provides regular updates to the project team on UAT progress.

**Test Capability**
- Contributes to and implements UAT best practice across.
- Adoption of defect management tools.
- Ensures that defects are documented in line with agreed standards.
- Follow and endorse all QA processes and procedures.

**Technical Knowledge**
- Conducts system demonstrations to others in the team, department, division.
- Contributes to Knowledge Sharing sessions within the project team.
- Supports/inducts new members of the team.

**Stakeholder management**
- Manage UAT user group to ensure testing deadlines are meet.
- Expectation setting on essential v non-essential defects/change requests, pushing back when required.
- Feedback to user group on prioritisation decisions
- Be a confident and calming touch point for users through the change process.
