We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer/Delivery Consultant to join the team here at Movement on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively communicating with all consultants and management to stay on top of existing talent demands
- Receiving job specs and liaising with the client's
- Create strategies and find unique ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, function, and how it fits into the organization
- Building expert knowledge in the markets we operate in.

**Training**

Movement provides a 5 step module training programme for all employees
- Introduction to our company, the market we work in and our services
- Theory: Sales/Business Development, Business Operations and Recruitment Processes
- Professional etiquette, HR and psychology and culture
- Tools: Computer skills, software training etc
- Management & Personal and Career progression

In parallel to working through the modules you are providing constant practical training from our CEO.
