**FLT Counterbalance Driver - Night Shift**

**The position of a Clarke Transport Counterbalance Operator involves**:

- Loading and unloading of collection and delivery vehicles.
- Unloading of night trunk vehicles for the network.
- Reloading pallets onto delivery vehicles Lorries.
- Assisting when required within the warehouse to include wrapping and labelling of pallets.
- Keeping the yard clean and tidy

**Essential Skills required of Clarke Transport Counterbalance Forklift Driver**:

- Hold a current counterbalance forklift license.
- Can do attitude.
- Excellent time-keeping skills.
- Accuracy and excellent organisational skills.
- Confidence to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Working to deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Fantastic Health & Safety standards.
- Logistics environment experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Numeracy.
- Ability to fill out necessary paperwork efficiently and correctly.
- Attend any necessary training required to help you fulfil your role.

- **FLT Counterbalance Driver - NIGHT SHIFT**:

- Weekly pay (every Thursday)
- 20 Days plus eight statutory holidays (28 days in total Pro Rota)
- Additional Holiday after four years’ service - Extra Day for every additional year’s service up to a maximum of 5 extra days (Pro-Rata)
- Death in service - £20,000

- **Ongoing training, refreshing your FLT when needed and possible upskilling to Class 2 through our apprenticeship scheme after 6 months service**:

Clarke Transport require all applicants to be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions, as we are unable to offer sponsorship/work visas. You will be required to provide proof of Right to Work at interview stage.
