Action Breaks Silence is an education charity, established to create a world free from the fear male violence and the threat of such violence.

**Job description**:
Action Breaks Silence is looking for organised, hard-working, adaptable and confident individuals who have a passion for ending Violence Against Women and Girls. Your main responsibility will be delivering the Undefining Masculinity Workshop. In the long term, to prevent abusive & violent behaviour against women and girls whilst breaking down unhealthy masculinity and the impact of the patriarchy. Crucially allowing the participants to develop a belief in gender equality.

**Job commitments**:

- Reliably commute to workshop locations across London and Greater London - Freelance availability to work flexi-hours on an ad-hoc basis.

**Qualities and skills that we value in an Action Breaks Silence trainer**:

- A passion for ending Violence Against Women and Girls
- Supportive team player
- Punctual and reliable
- Confident and able to speak in front of large groups
- Energetic and high energy presentation skills
- Available during the week during and occasionally evenings or weekends
- English speaking and reading fluency
- Previous experience in teaching, training or performance is preferred but not a necessity
- Valid DBS/ Police check is preferred but not a necessity

You will be paid £11.95 p/h for delivering this programme and for all training and your travel will be covered.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
