**ECT Teachers Required for Primary School in Winchester** Are you a strong-willed and confident ECT who has a record of 'Good' or better classroom practice and understands the value of high expectations?

We are working with a successful and passionate school locally to assist in finding an Early Career teacher to contribute to the growing development of the school. As an ECT, you will ideally be creative, proactive and adaptable. Helping to enhance and contributeto ongoing development of the school.

**About the role** The successful applicant will be joining a team of experienced teachers within a wonderful department. You will be working collaboratively with students to deliver outstanding lessons. You will be enrolled onto a fantastic induction programme and benefitfrom the dynamic leadership of the SLT who are known for driving the school’s expectations and developments and giving you excellent career development.

This is a full-time, long-term role for a qualified teacher who can fully commit to joining a school with a clear vision and strong ethos.

**About you**:

- A qualified ECT teacher with a formal teaching qualification
- A desire to work as a team with the rest of the department and the school
