Lancashire Renewables Ltd are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our expanding HR Team as the Company embarks on an exciting journey of growth and development. The role will be based at our Leyland facility but regular travel to our site in Thornton-Cleveleys will be required.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Employee Relations**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee enquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee related issues.

**Policy Development and Compliance**
- Assist in the development and drive communication and implementation of HR policies and Procedures.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

**Partners and Stakeholder Engagement**
- Collaborate with Learning and Development, department heads and management to align HR initiatives with organisational goals.
- Build relationships with external partners, stakeholders and educational institutions.

**Employee Engagement**
- Collaborate and deliver initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement and recognition programmes.

**Performance Management**
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Provide coaching to managers on effective performance management practices.

**Talent Acquisition and Management**
- Contribute to the development of talent retention and succession planning strategies.

**Onboarding and Off Boarding**
- Implement and monitor onboarding policies and procedures ensuring smooth integration.
- Co-ordinate offboarding policies and procedures and conduct exit interviews.

**Training and Development Support**
- Assist in identifying training needs and support the implementation of training programmes.
- Provide guidance to employees on Professional Development opportunities.

**HR Data, Systems and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate employee and case management records.
- Generate reports as required to inform management decision making and continuous improvement.
- Collate and utilise Analytics to provide insight and support decision making.

**Employee Wellness and Benefits**
- Contribute to employee wellness initiatives and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with wellness and benefits providers and assist with benefit related enquiries.

**Budget Management**
- Working within HR budget constraints efficiently and identifying cost effective solutions.
- Monitor and regularly report on expenses related to HR programs and initiatives.

**Person Specification**:
**Education & Training**:

- CIPD Level 5 Qualification or proven relevant experience working in a similar advisory role (Essential)
- GCSE / Level 2 Qualification in Maths and English (Desirable)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Qualification (Desirable)

**Work Experience**:

- Relevant experience in a HR Advisor environment or similar role (Essential)
- Proven experience of working within a HR environment providing advice on complex employee relations matters (Essential)
- Experience of coaching line managers to achieve successful outcomes (Essential)
- Experience of business systems including time and attendance, recruitment and case management (Essential)
- Working with confidential information, demonstrating a high level of discretion (Essential)
- Proven ability to line manage people and workflows (Essential)
- Experience in the waste sector or similar processing / manufacturing sector (Desirable)
- Experience of advising on full employee lifecycle (Desirable)
- Liaising with external parties through contracts (Desirable)

**Skills and knowledge**:

- Experience of working successfully in a multi-discipline environment (Essential)
- Ability to write HR related communications to reflect the audience (Essential)
