Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom SEVERN TRENT Full time

We're investing £76 million of our **Green Recovery Programme** into the Mansfield Flood Resilience project to create a large-scale nature-based trial that will help make 90,000 people more resilient against flooding, whilst building a greener and cleaner community.

**Want to do the best work of your life? Our people make Severn Trent a truly exciting and inclusive place to work - a place where you can be yourself and let your skills shine.**

Our purpose is taking care of life’s essentials, but we’re also big on making a difference, not just because we should but because we care.

Are you keen to develop your understanding of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and how surface water will be managed in the future by playing a part in the UK’s largest ever trial in Mansfield?

**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**

As a Project Coordinator you’ll be playing an important role in the successful delivery of the project. Using project and contract management software packages, you’ll work alongside the project team to track and dispense information between contractors and consultants to allow the project to run efficiently.

This is a role has been developed specifically for the project, and we believe the great thing about walking into a brand-new role is that you get to have a significant voice in how you're going to get the job done. It’s an excellent opportunity to shape the role and make an impact to the project.

You’ll play a key role in a dynamic and innovative project, and you’ll be supported in every way of your journey to develop.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

If you have experience of monitoring project outputs, keeping detailed notes and managing the flow of information and documents across the project team, then we want to hear from you.

The right skills and experience are important. But if you have the right character, positivity and a caring attitude we want to talk to you, too.

We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality as we know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our communities. We want people who show up and get involve. Those who are ready to be part of something bigger and who want to make a difference because they care. Is that you?

**We do more, because we care.**

**WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU**

It’s not just a job you’ll get here, you’ll get a career too. We have a range of benefits that reward and recognise great work and award-winning training to ensure you reach your potential. And we’ll also help you play your part in looking after the environment and the community in which we live. Here’s some of our favourites:

- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (and the ability to buy/ sell up to 5 additional days per year)
- Annual bonus scheme (of up to £1,500 depending on company performance)
- Leading pension scheme - we will double your contribution (up to 15% when you contribute 7.5%)
- Sharesave - the chance to buy Severn Trent Plc shares at a discounted rate
- Electric vehicle scheme and retail offers
- Family friendly policies
- Two volunteering days per year

**WHAT’S NEXT**

**We can’t wait to hear from you.**
