Our client an Energy company is currently recruiting for a Recruitment and Resourcing Specialist, pay £30ph-£40ph, start ASAP, duration 9 months, hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, expected to work in the office as and when required by our client activities as wellas work additional hours when required at busy times. This role will be in the office 1-2 times per week. Location of the office
- Victoria.

**Duties;**
- Carry out all recruitment administration e.g., formalise the existing interview model, organise recruitment interviews, draft, and place adverts (i.e. LinkedIn), liaise with recruitment agencies
- Establish a strategic Resourcing framework for our client for the near and long term including recruitment resources, protocols, interview models and a media profile.
- Undertake research work as required e.g. to support the creation of HR policies, collating market data to support pay reviews, research agencies to add to our client portfolio and establish a relationship for future recruitment drives.
- Deliver HR administration services across the staff lifecycle (i.e. contract renewals, contract changes, leavers).
- Seek out/establish corporate offers that could be made available to staff e.g., wellbeing, discounted gym, support lines etc

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Strong resourcing background including experience of headhunting staff
- Prior experience of building long-term Resourcing and Recruitment models
- Established knowledge of current resourcing market including recruitment and head-hunter agencies.
