Are you good with a paint brush? Do you want to make a difference to our customers’ homes? Well, were looking for someone like you to join our team in Hampshire

**What you’ll be doing**

You’ve probably guessed, and you’re right, you’ll be carrying out general painting, gloss work and staining but you’ll also turn your hand to Artexing, coving wallpapering and more.

You’ll be making a difference to our customers’ homes so having the ability to communicate appropriately face to face with colleagues and customers which may include elderly, vulnerable or challenging adults is a must.

You’ll be working in our customer’s homes, so you’ll want to do a great job every time.

**About you**

You’ll have a Painting & Decorating Qualification NVQ or equivalent or demonstrate previous significant experience in painting & decorating, working within manufacturers requirements and Industry British Standards.

You’ll diagnose and undertake repair works to domestic properties including specifying materials required and the ability to undertake works in accordance with training and good industry practice.

You will take responsibility for making routine and complex decisions using your experience and expertise.

You’ll need to be a confident user of IT, your work is shared via an iPad and you’ll need to control & manage your van stock electronically.
