Gourmet Pasta Co is a new independent fresh pasta restaurant in Newbury.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support front end staff during peak hours
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the front end area
- Assist in training new team members on front end procedures

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary environment
- Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Organisational skills to maintain a tidy front end area
- Flexibility to help out in various areas of the establishment as needed

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service to join our team as a Front of House Team Leader.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
