Payroll Clerk

Payroll Clerk required for a Hospitality operation in the Staffordshire area. You will have a really good understanding of Sage50 (and S4labour if possible but not a requirement). This company has a range of salary, hourly, part time, casual and agency workers. There is a mixture of shift patterns and this can change per week and against the rota. 16 hours per week, £12.50 per hour, Mondays and Tuesdays only.

The role
As a payroll clerk you will get the timesheets from each department, ensure they are entered onto the system correctly. You will ensure any differences between rota hours and actual hours are questioned if they look strange. You will add new starters, ensure tax code is correct, create the various reports required, close out employees leaving the business and input the pensions etc. This role will include all the standard payroll clerk duties.

Experience
we are looking for a payroll clerk with a Sage50 background, this is essential. Ideally you will also have knowledge of S4labour. This is not essential. You will have attention to detail, able to work to deadlines and be confidential.
