We are looking for reception staff to join our friendly team at our new state-of-the-art Orthodontic practice in Aintree.

Duties and responsibilities required of our reception:

- Greeting patients
- Booking appointments for patients
- Sending letters to Dentists for our Specialist Orthodontists
- Corresponding with Dental practices
- Organising our clinician's diaries
- Answering phone calls
- Calling patients
- Contacting patients from the NHS waiting list and scheduling a consultation appointment

Hours

Mon-Thurs 8:45pm - 5:45pm

Friday - 7:45am - 4:00pm
