Event Manager/Party Planner
The nature of our business means there is frequently weekend work. The position also involves manual work when we set up and take down our parties this is typically moving furniture and lighting equipment so an acceptable level of physical fitness is a pre-requisite.
Essentials
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in event production
Creative thinker
Well presented
Personable
Outgoing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic towards positive outcomes for the business
Able to communicate at all levels
Strong budgeting skills
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Good time management and able to commit to unsociable hours
Dog lovers are a must as we have an office Labradors
