**AV Engineer**

**Newcastle**

**£40,000 - £45,000**

AV Engineer required to join a leading audio-visual tech company. This is a rapidly growing business that offers a great customer service approach. As an AV Engineer you will be field, and home based providing remote support. You will be part of an IT AVteam providing new installations, upgrades, and maintenance. This is a unique opportunity where you can grow and develop your knowledge and experience of IT and AV technology.

**Some of what you will be doing**:

- Install, diagnose, and repair technical IT problems and auto-visual systems
- Conduct routine maintenance and testing of systems
- Provide field-based supporting the North of the UK and remote home-based support
- Deliver excellent customer service improving process and systems

**Ideally, your skills and experience will include**:

- Relevant experience (Digital AV Technician, Audio Visual Maintenance Technician, AV Engineer, IT Engineer, IT Support)
- Team player and an excellent communicator
- Hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- Interested in developing technologies and learning new skills
- Flexible with locations and technologies
