**About the Role**

In this role you will contribute to ensure the construction of new homes meet our tenants' requirements and our standards. Reporting to the Technical and Quality Manager you will need to have experience of all appropriate industry legislation, site management, WG DQR requirements and contract management with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.

**About You**

You will be part of a dynamic Development Team delivering on the organisational objectives of being an exceptional builder of affordable homes and a caring landlord. Delivering great quality homes across Cardiff you will be a relationship builder establishing connections with contractors, statutory partners and consultants. You will understand what a well-run, safe construction project looks like and deliver great customer care for tenants and homeowners alike.
