Trespass are looking for an enthusiastic Part time supervisor (Maternity Cover) to join our team at our for Bridgnorth, Shropshire Branch.

Full flexibility is ideal and previous experience is an advantage but not essential as full training is provided.

As a supervisor you will be supporting the store manager in the day to day running of the store. You should be passionate about the delivery of excellent customer service, leading by example in all areas of conduct, be commercially savvy with the ability to maximise the financial performance of your store and ensure all areas of the shop floor have strong visual standards. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and going that extra mile every time.

Duties include.
- Customer service.
- All aspects of till use
- Deliveries
- Replenishment
- excellent store standards
- Running of the store when required
- Driving sales and your team
- Daily paperwork
- Any and all other store related tasks

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £7.93-£10.69 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Team management: 1 year (preferred)
