My client are a global publishing organisation, who are looking for an experienced HRBP to join their team for a short term project.

Other duties include, but are not limited too:
- Scoping the re-organisation
- Advising and coaching managers
- Building business rationale
- Liaising with Legal
- Working closely with the Project Lead
- Supporting the handover to Employee Relations team
- Consulting with Unions as needed
- Help prepare and lead pay negotiations
