Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Operate various equipment, such as espresso machines, blenders, and coffee grinders
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality in beverage preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of food service and the ability to handle food safely
- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage recipes is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
